Latest Release from Spellbinders and Simon Hurley

Hello crafty friends! It has been sometime since I shared a post on my blog. There has been some changes happening on my personal life that has gotten me a bit away from crafting but I was able to sneak in some time to make fun Christmas cards the last couple of days. I do want to thank Spellbinders for sending me these fun products to make these cards!

For this A7 card I used the supplies from the Beads of Friendship Collection and Timeless Trees by Simon Hurley. I could not help myself by combining supplies from these two wonderful releases to make this card. I think they go great together, what do you think?

It was so much fun to die cut the ornaments and the beads for the bracelet! The Bestie Alphabet Beads lets you make any kind of message for these bracelets.

On this A2 card, I used the Mantel Village dies from Simon Hurley. You can make a holiday card with it, but you can also make other projects with these dies as well.

For the background I used the beautiful Fresh Picked Floral 3D embossing folder for the background and splattered some gold watercolor to make pop more.

These next two A2 cards I had shared them on my Instagram page but wanted to share them here as well.

On this card I used dies from the Beads of Friendship collection. I used the Heart Hands dies and the Bestie Sentiments press plates and dies.

For the background I used an oldie but goodie 3D embossing folder called Origami Folds. Once I embossed it, I used my white pigment ink pad to rub on some color.

For this last card, I used supplies from Simon Hurley's Timeless Trees Collection. I embossed the background using the Branches 3D embossing folder. Then, I rubbed my white pigment ink pad to make the branches pop and splattered some white watercolor ink to make it look like snow.

Then I die cut, glued, and added the Vintage Layered Ornaments on the card and finished it by adding a sentiment from the Merry & Bright press plate and die set.

I hope you have enjoyed today's card tutorial as much as I did when I made it! Make sure to follow me on Instagram as well as checking my previous blog posts for some fun inspiration. Have a fun and crafty week! See you next time!
