Sew Very Mice is Friday!

Hello crafty friends! Did you grow up watching any Disney princess movies? I know I did! My two favorites were (and still are!) Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. So when Lawn Fawn released the Sew Very Mice stamp set I knew I had to get it!

I started by creating a mini slimline card base, trimmed one piece out of patterned paper, and another piece that I used as the from panel.

I stamped all my images and the colored them with Copic markers.

Once I was done coloring, used the coordinating dies from the Sew Very Mice set to die cut the images.

Next, I used Simon Hurley's Rosy Cheeks ink pad to ink the front panel piece.

I wanted some sparkle in the background, so I splattered some gold watercolor. I also sprayed some water. Then, I assembled the die cuts and taped them on the front panel piece.

Finally, I added some glossy accents on the mice and paired the card to a complimentary envelope.

I hope you have enjoyed today's card tutorial as much as I did when I made it! Make sure to follow me on Instagram as well as checking my previous blog posts for some fun inspiration. See you next time!
