Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps February Release Blog Hop & Giveaway!
You probably came from Lee Ann Barrett's blog where she shared some awesome inspiration using some cool sets from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. If you think you missed anyone from the blog hop, you can always check the SNSS blog to see the full list.
The card I'm sharing today was a lot of fun to make and also used a new technique (at least for me) when it came down to color this beautiful lily from the Alleluia Lilies stamp set. I had seen this dot coloring technique before and I was eager to try it on this beautiful flower. After I colored the lily, I used my distressed oxide inks to create a background that would go with this dotted colored lily.
To finish the card, I added a sentiment from the Scripty Thoughts stamp set, some embellishments and some Nuvo dots (Woodland Green & Dandelion Yellow) to the stamen (middle stem thingies).
I really hope this card has inspired you to do something creative today.
Thanks again for visiting my blog! Remember to leave a comment on my blog post for a chance to win a $25 gift voucher from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. There is a lot more fun inspiration from this hop, so make sure you check the next hop 😉.
